I SWEAR, this wasn't planted at all. I would have missed it, had i not been more alert... Maybe i should have picked it up and seen what the mag was, and read what the article was all about, but... too bad... Besides - it was raining - and i wasn't in the least bit unhurried, to get to a proper bit of shelter (as well as get back to the workplace).

I don't think that's a mag. Looks more like one of those free maps of Singapore they give out at hotel concierges or at those Ticketcharge/SISTIC sales outlets.
