Odex... 'had "no right of civil action" against illegal downloaders'
this is wonderful, most wonderful.... When you're just "a sub-licensee and not the copyright owner or exclusive licensee", you may care about the i$$ue, but you know what? You have no rights at all to take legal action against illegal downloaders.... To add on to that, the judge apparently discovered that Odex only appeared to be the exclusive licensee for just ONE title, Mobile Suit Gundam Seed!!!
